The resort is surrounded by clean and safe surroundings, making it a perfect place for families to gather and enjoy old-fashioned fun. The staff goes above and beyond to make guests feel welcome and ensure they have a good time. The rooms are large enough for a family of three and the food is delicious. There are plenty of activities to keep everyone entertained, from games with the event staff to evening entertainment shows. The resort also offers a woodsy, lodge-type cozy winter escape, perfect for couples without children.
The age groups for teams during activities can be a bit awkward, as they are mostly college students.

I had the best time at this amazing family resort in America. Everything was simply wonderful during my stay. The rooms, grounds, and staff were all fantastic.
Although there were a few areas for improvement, such as the difficulty of the ice skating rink for beginners like myself and the issue of adults driving solo on the viper go carts while children waited, these were minor setbacks in an otherwise fantastic experience.

We had an incredible time! From the exceptional staff who greeted us with warm smiles every day to the comfortable and clean room, we felt right at home. The hotel facilities were top-notch, and the complimentary breakfast was delicious. The hotel's location allowed us to participate in various activities for adults by the beach, and the activity director made sure we had fun in every event we joined, including the sporting events. Additionally, the parking and transportation options made it easy for us to explore this city.
Can honestly say, we couldn't find anything disappointing during our stay.

Great amenities, Convenient Location
The hotel offered a wide variety of amenities which were very enjoyable and made my trip more comfortable. The breakfast was always on time and had so many options to choose from. The location was easily accessible and was situated in a good spot for me to travel to my business meetings effortlessly. Another great feature was the fast and reliable Wi-Fi, which helped me finish my work without any glitches.
The room service was a complete letdown, the staff did not understand my requests properly. They were very slow in responding and the food was either cold or not up to the mark.

By the beautiful lake, this resort offers a variety of daily entertainment and stationary activities such as bumper boats. the room is spacious with large bathrooms and a great TV. the dining layout is well thought out and service is good. Free shuttle buses take you anywhere on the resort.
The cost is definitely a drawback.

great food and nice activities. We enjoyed the complementary cookies and hot chocolate in the lobby. The location was peaceful and we were surrounded by trees. The lake was really beautiful and provided a lot of entertainment in the summer.
The staff was rude and the room was not clean. The sheets had not been changed and we had to call the front desk multiple times to get someone to clean it.

Had an amazing weekend with the family! Loved the variety of activities offered for all ages and interests. the pool was great, and the outdoor space was perfect for enjoying the beautiful surroundings. the food was delicious and plentiful. Also appreciated the friendly and attentive staff.
Some activities had additional fees which felt like nickel and diming. Schedule could have been better organized and less crowded.
